Manuel: (www) likes all art and basically does anything else that needs to be done.

What is this/why was this started

Those who lie speak the truth is a low profile online arts magazine. We have no scary submission rules (we hardly have any) and wish to welcome any kind of art concept. Art is simply art here, there's no nonsense. We like to keep things simple, just so the art itself gathers all the attention and not the things around it.
